What time can I get there?

Check-in from 3pm to 6pm.

How do I check in after 6pm?

You can contact reception either by telephone on 04 50 58 63 22 or by e-mail at réservation@capricedesneiges.com.

What time do I have to vacate the room?

We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:30 a.m. at the latest.

How do I get to the hotel?

What are the reception opening hours?

The hotel reception is open 7/7 from 7.30am to 6pm.

Are pets allowed on the premises?

Pets are allowed on the premises. Please ask for confirmation.

Does the hotel have a concierge service?

No.

What are the breakfast times?

Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10:30am.
